Form 1
Write about an interesting book you have read. Illustrate your work as creatively as possible on a chart or a multimedia platform (powerpoint presentation or other).

Form 2
Book Review: Write a short summary about a book you have recently read. Include the author, your favourite character and write about what you liked best or disliked about the book. The Review should be around 200 words in length.

Form 3 and Form 4
Choose a book which has been turned into a film (such as War Horse, Harry Potter, Northern Lights, Chronicles of Narnia and others). Compare the book and the film and say whether you think the film is a good/faithful adaptation and whether you prefer the book itself or the film.

Form 3 and Form 4
On the occasion of the commemoration of the 50th Anniversary since Dun Karm Psaila’ s death, write about this personality and his contribution to Maltese Literature.

All Students

Ask a relative or family friend at least 20 years older than you are, about a book they enjoyed reading when they were your age. Read this book and tell us what you think about it, whether you think it makes suitable reading for these days and age and whether you would recommend it to your friends or not.

Create a slogan about books and reading. You can present your work in a variety of media.

Create a book cover that amply illustrates the story content.

Present a bookmark with an appropriate slogan about reading.
