 Carob Syrup & Carob Powder
 
  

EkoSkola Committee members and year 8 students were busy this week preparing carob syrup and carob powder as part of the We Eat Responsibly project combined with this year's LEAF investigation and the Litter Less Campaign. A long process spread over 3 days which resulted in great enthusiasm and satisfaction. These products will be used during an Open Day in mid-November. More details will follow.
